After many years running large companies in Sydney as financial controller Patrick is now following his passion of a life on the water. He is an experienced skipper having done many deliveries of yachts & power boats throughout the Pacific region and the world over the last 20 years. He is a Master 4 skipper and MED 2 engineer and still drives boats with a capacity of over 1,000 passengers commercially. He also has a Sydney Ports Local Knowledge Certificate for Sydney Harbour so he knows intimately all the safest and bests locations to suit your charter.
Patrick’s other passion is scuba diving and especially underwater photography and is a Padi Divemaster.
Archie (Archana) has over 30 years of experience in service industry, in various positions with world class hotels, resorts and international airlines – in Australia and around the world. She has worked some prestigious brand names such as Orient-Express Hotels, Trains and Cruises (Now known as Belmond), Cathay Pacific Airways and Hamilton Island Enterprises. Archie’s interests vary from sailing to travelling to cooking and of course eating. Born in India, Archie’s domain lies in the Indian cuisine, however having spent considerable amount of years in the airline industry based in Hong Kong she has developed a flair for the oriental food and her travels have introduced her to the many cuisines around the world.
Archie’s first degree back in India was in Home Science but she has since completed a degree in Hotel Management and worked with some prestigious chefs in Australia such as Randal St Clair, Hugh Whitehouse, Harunobu Inukai & Masahiko Yomoda.
Savio originates from a family of hoteliers, hospitality was always in his genes, getting a degree in Bachelors of Science hospitality studies was just an official process. Savio has worked in various countries such as India, USA and Australia with leading companies such as Hyatt, Mantra group, Sahara Star and Ramada.
Savio has been working with OzCat for nearly 3 years now as an Operations/Restaurant Manager juggling the catering aspects and managing people both staff and guests to ensure that the OzCat Experience is seamless for one and all. He is in his element when handling big events from designing every aspect of the event to planning the seating and the service flow to delivering the food and the experience on the day to ensure your event onboard OzCat is a memorable one.
